In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Sage It, Inc. and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Sage It, Inc. and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

  • All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Sage It, Inc., our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website, including any such content uploaded by Users. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner’s prior written permission

  • You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following:

    1. retrieve, display and view the Content on a computer screen

Prohibited use

Registration

  • You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

  • You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.

  • We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.

  • You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing to the address at the end of these terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Website. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.

Advisors

  • You understand that Sage It, Inc. Advisors do not represent the Company as they are exclusively independent contractors and are not employed or agents. Consequently, Sage It, Inc. is not responsible for the services, actions, discussions or exchange of information, data, or files between Users and Advisors, including accuracy of information provided or anything stated and agreed upon with the Advisors.

Password and security

  • When you register on this Website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.

  • If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

Donations, Refunds, Payment Processing, and Tax


Standard Donations:

Donation refunds are at the discretion of the Advisor. Please remember that you are shown a preview of the content and/or a description that should allow you to decide whether to donate or not for the content.  If a mistake was made or a refund is needed, we encourage you to reach out to the Advisor directly via the contact button on their profile email icon. It is at the sole discretion of the Advisor if they make an acceptance. If issues are not resolved between you and the Advisor, you can contact us via support. Please know while it is discouraged, it is not a violation of our terms if an advisor doesn't deliver the expected benefits. If a mistake was made or a refund is needed, we encourage you to reach out to the Advisor directly via the contact button on their profile email icon. It is at the sole discretion of the Advisor if they make an acceptance. If issues are not resolved between you and the Advisor, you can contact us via support. Please know while it is discouraged, it is not a violation of our terms if an advisor doesn't deliver the expected benefits.

If you believe that your donation was misused or that the Advisor has committed fraud, please contact us through the support chat window or help@sageadvice.app.

We will conduct an investigation and, at our discretion, issue mass refunds for affected users.  Issued refunds can take up to 7 - 14 days. Abuse of Refund PolicySubmitting excessive refund requests or attempting to abuse our refund processes is against Sage Advice's policies, and could result in limited access to products or services and/or suspension or termination of your account.

Live Lesson Refunds:

Please keep in mind you are shown a preview of the content that should give you the ability to decide to donate or not for live lessons. Refunds are only possible if the Advisor did not start or show the live lesson and did not reschedule.  Please contact the Advisor directly via the contact button on their profile email icon. If you believe that your donation was misused or that the Advisor has committed fraud, please contact us through the support chat window or  help@sageadvice.app.

Appointment Refunds:

Full refunds are only possible if the user 1) Advisor did not show up for an appointment and did not reach out to you to reschedule or 2) you canceled an appointment ahead of the twenty-four hours (24 hours) start time. You can not request a refund after your session. However, if you have completed your session but are not satisfied with the service provided, a partial refund is possible at the sole discretion of the advisor.  The user and advisor will communicate and agree on all refunds. The advisor makes the final decision based on the evidence presented by the user. Refunds and partial refunds will only be made back to the original PayPal, or Card account used to book and pay for the session. Issued refunds can take up to 7 - 14 days. If issues are not resolved between you and the advisor, you can reach out to us through support on our website or in the app and help@sageadvice.app for us to investigate the issue. Sage Advice won't refund users on an Advisor's behalf. However, exceptional circumstances may warrant a Sage Advice initiated refund. This includes the rare occasion of a refund for fraud or billing system errors. 

Users agree to show up on time and the scheduled session date. If you do not turn up for your online session (within 10 minutes after the start) can result in a loss of your session or a partial refund. Users may cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours before starting. Failure to do so can result in 50% of the lesson price within 24 hours of the start time. 

Depending on your location and currency, the cost of the Advisor Appointment service may be exchanged at the current rate through payment collection services such as PayPal or Stripe. You agree to make the full payment upfront of any coaching service.

  • You agree to show up on time and the scheduled session date. If you do not turn up for your online session (within 10 minutes after the start) will result in a full refund to the user.

  • As a courtesy, you should cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours before starting. Failure to do so can result in low ratings and loss of followers.
    Full refunds are only possible if you, the advisor, did not attend an appointment and did not reach out to you to reschedule.


Taxes:

Users & Advisors are responsible for paying their own personal tax based on their income.

Availability of the Website and disclaimers
